5WInfo is a Hiring Intelligence Platform that helps customers identify companies actively hiring and connects them with verified business decision-maker contacts, delivered as Hiring Intelligence Packages.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information to create an account, including a valid work email and business phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Trials and Billing

Free trials require a valid payment method for verification. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, charges apply according to the pricing displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. All lead purchases are final once a Hiring Intelligence Package has been delivered.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use contact data obtained through the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Data Accuracy

We provide confidence scores to reflect our assessment of data accuracy, but we do not guarantee that any contact information is current or accurate at the time of delivery.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
